11/19/02 Leonid Meteor

It was the magnificent Leonid meteor shower of 2001 that prompted me to buy the ETX70 and get started in astronomy. Because of cloud cover and the full moon, the 2002 Leonids were almost invisible in my area, but I did manage to catch a bright fast one with a camcorder that I had mounted on a tripod and pointed at Regulus.
