9/2/05 NGC 891 Edge-on Spiral Galaxy in Andromeda

Edge-on galaxies are very cool, I love looking at them. This one is fairly bright and always reminds me of Fall, since that's when it comes around for us to shoot. Processing of this image was a snap. Levels in Photoshop, over to Images plus for DDP to bring out the faint and bright areas, and some final curves and touch ups in Photoshop. No smoothing or sharpening. The whole process took less than an hour, which for me is really good.
