Spiral Galaxy M74 - Posted November 28, 2006

This beautiful spiral is a tough one for me because it is faint and has a blue cast - my camera is pretty good in the red but struggles with blue. I used Noel Carboni's "Enhance Galaxy Dust" action during processing and it did a pretty nice job bringing out some of the fainter areas of the object.
